Can you use SkyTrak+ without a subscription?
yes. The SkyTrak+ can be used without a subscription, but with limitations. In this free mode, you can only access the basic driving range features. To unlock additional functionalities like Bag Mapping, Skills Assessments, and Closest to the Pin contests offered in the SkyTrak app, you'll need a yearly membership for the Game Improvement Software. Furthermore, playing courses using third-party software also requires an active Game Improvement Software Subscription.
How much space is needed?
To get the most accurate data from this launch monitor, you'll need enough room to swing your club comfortably. Before setting it up, practice your swing in the space you have in mind. This ensures you can move freely and safely without feeling cramped or worried about hitting something.

How do I know when my SkyTrak Plus is fully charged?
SkyTrak utilizes a Lithium-Polymer rechargeable battery for convenient operation. Once the unit is fully charged, you'll know it's ready to use as the bottom LED light will turn off. The battery itself can last up to 5 hours on a single charge, but it's always recommended to keep your SkyTrak plugged in whenever possible to ensure uninterrupted use.
Can SkyTrak+ be used indoors and outdoors?
The SkyTrak is versatile and can be used for golf practice sessions both indoors and outdoors. However, it's important to note that an internet connection is required to access the full range of features the SkyTrak offers. This could include things like online courses, game simulations, or even connecting with online communities. If you plan on using the SkyTrak primarily for basic swing data and analysis, you may not need to worry about connecting to the internet.
