Golf Simulator Installation Engineer
Position Description:
Ace Indoor Golf Team is experiencing significant growth. In order to accommodate this rapid growth, we need to bring on a motivated Installation Engineer to help us continue our upward progress.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game of Golf. This individual plays a critical role in bringing a customer’s vision into reality:
• Working directly with the customer or their contractor to ensure client satisfaction.
• Installation Engineer is responsible for providing quality installation of our Indoor Golf Simulators
• Will travel from nationwide performing installation of new simulators, service work on existing simulators, and conducting customer training
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performing high quality installations of Ace Indoor Golf Simulator systems across the US
• Hardware installation (projectors, PCs, wall treatment, wiring), software calibration and user training at our customer’s locations
• Communicate technical requirements with our customers
• Support our operations in terms of warehouse, storage, and shipment preparation
• Establish best practices and innovative concepts to improve our product installations
Experience and Requirements:
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use all needed hand tools, securing and terminating wires/cables
• Good understanding of basic AV and PC components
• Good communication skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and customers
• Passion, drive, excellent work ethic, and ability to self-start without direct supervision
• Ability to travel nationally; greater than 80% travel
• A valid driver's license
• Vocational education or higher is a plus
• Knowledge of Golf is a plus

Design Engineer
Position Description:
The Ace Indoor Golf Team is experiencing significant growth. In order to accommodate this rapid growth, we need to bring on a talented Design Engineer to help us continue our upward progress. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the game of Golf. The Design Engineer plays a critical role for Ace of translating the needs of a customer into a reality:
• Working directly with other Ace Departments such as Sales, Operations, and Accounting
• Working directly with the customer or their contractor to ensure each department meets their expectations
• Taking responsibility for all aspects of each project
• Developing processes, methods, and training that enable effective and professional projects that meet schedule and remain within budget
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, document, and source standard or custom golf simulator’s
o Work with Sales agent and customer to determine location and design challenges of the simulator
o Produce drawing sets and communicate with contractors throughout construction process
• Quickly Respond to service work orders for existing customer’s
o Maintain a high level of knowledge of past, and present designs, materials, and technology
• Create and Maintain department processes and documents
• Develop processes and methods that ensure intended results are achieved
Experience and Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or higher in architecture, engineering, or a related field of study preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines
• A creative approach for generating new ideas
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Must have Excellent design, project management, and communication skills
• Solution Oriented
• Ability to perform site visits, take field measurements, and assist with Installations
