Shipping
Many orders to the lower 48 continental United States ship free. Except for simulator packages and a few other items. Check your cart for shipping details. Ace Indoor Golf ships online orders to the US only. International including Canada and Mexico must be processed manually. If you are outside of the continental USA and would like to place an order please contact us at sales@aceindoorgolf.com.
Order Confirmation
Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. This means that Ace has received the order. Once the order is received, Ace will check its inventory to fulfill the order. If it is a non-inventory item Ace immediately reaches out to its suppliers to confirm the item ordered is in stock and ready for shipment. If the item ordered is out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, Ace Indoor Golf Shop will notify you via email. Once the product(s) ordered are ready for shipment, the item(s) will be shipped.
Shipping Time & Method
Most shipments are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses. Depending on the value of the item being purchased, orders may be shipped with signature confirmation required. All SkyTrak, TruGolf, and Foresight Golf orders are shipped with signature confirmation required. This means that an adult over the age of 18 must be present at time of delivery to sign for and accept the product. If you will not be home at time of delivery, please contact sales@AceIndoorGolf.com and we will work to arrange a will-call pick up at your nearest UPS location.
Order Shipment
An email with tracking info will be sent to the customer within 48 hours of the order being shipped. If you have not received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us at sales@AceIndoorGolf.com. Once an order has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Please see "Cancellations" below for more info.
Once an order shows as “Delivered” to the shipping address, as a result of the tracking information provided through the freight/shipping company, Ace Indoor Golf is not responsible for any “non-receivable” situation. No replacement or refund will be given on “Delivered” orders.
Receipt of Products & Damages
An adult must be present upon delivery of products to inspect and sign for goods received. It is very important that you thoroughly inspect the merchandise for any damages that may have occurred during transport. Contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged. A claim will be filed with the carrier, who will pick up and return the package, which must remain in its original box with original packaging. Once the carrier picks up the damaged product, we will work with our suppliers to have a replacement shipped to you.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect is found, we will repair or replace it for you at no extra charge. If repair or replacement in not available, you will receive a full refund.
Returns & Refunds
Ace Indoor Golf offers a 30-Day Returns/Exchange Policy, except for custom ordered products (Examples: screens, gap pads, frame pads, curtains and other custom made products). If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days, just pay for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If Ace has made an error or the product is defective Ace will pay for return shipping otherwise the customer is responsible for paying shipping and restocking fee. If a purchased item is not returned in its original condition to the extent that Ace Indoor Golf will no longer be able to resell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking feee will be applied.
Screens are warranted for a period of 30-days, and will be replaced at our cost if the product is found to have failed due to manufacturers defect. Any damage that occurs per normal use, wear and tear, or catastrophic injury to the product are not covered under this warranty.
Customers must contact Ace to arrange a return, and to obtain a return authorization number (sales@aceindoor.golf / (855) 926-3283). Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return (We have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy. Please allow up to four weeks one your item is received to issue a decision regarding your return. Credit will be issued in the form of payment you used for your purchase.
Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Returns should be sent to Ace Indoor Golf, 3711 King Rd., Toldeo, OH. 43617.
FlightScope Return Window
FlightScope return policy is 30-days and supersedes the above listed policy.
TruGolf Simulator Return Policy
All TruGolf simulator sales are final and ineligible for returns - this supersedes the above listed policy. Ace will also charge a 5% credit card processing and restocking fee.
Uneekor Return Policy
Uneekor return policy is the earlier of 15 days after license activation or 60 days after receipt - this supersedes the above listed policy. Ace will also charge a 5% credit card processing and restocking fee.
FiberBuilt Return Policy
FiberBuilt accepts a return with 30-days. The item must be like new and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for paying for the original outbound shipping and the return shipping to FiberBuilt along with a 5% credit card processing and restocking fee.
Cancellations
Orders must be canceled within 24 hours to avoid potential shipment. Orders canceled but not shipped will receive a full refund excluding a 3% credit card processing fee. For cancellations after the order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for outbound and inbound shipping costs as well as the 3% merchant-processing fee. If you need to cancel an order, please do so immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders canceled after an item has shipped will be treated as a regular 30-day return item and return shipping & restocking fees may apply.
