Foresight Premier Software

No. If you already own a perpetual license for FSX 2020 or FSX Play, your existing software license will continue to work and you do not need to purchase a Foresight+ subscription simply to continue using your launch monitor with that software. Foresight specifically states that existing FSX licenses will remain active.

A Foresight+ membership is required to access many of the features within Foresight’s new Premier software and mobile app, including expanded practice, analysis, competition, and course-play options. So, existing customers can continue using the FSX software they already own, but upgrading to the new Foresight Premier ecosystem will require a Silver or Gold Foresight+ membership depending on the features they want to use. Current owners can get a free 30-day trail of Foresight+ and Courrse Pass Pro.

Foresight Premier is Foresight Sports’ new software platform and represents the direction of its software ecosystem moving forward. Customers who already own perpetual licensed versions of FSX 2020 or FSX Play can continue to use that software with compatible Foresight launch monitors. Foresight continues to provide support resources and downloads for both platforms.

Yes. Foresight+ is the membership program that unlocks additional features and functionality within Foresight Premier. Customers can choose between different Foresight+ membership levels, such as Free, Silver, and Gold, depending on the practice, analysis, training, and other advanced features they want to access.

Foresight Premier is the software platform itself, while Foresight+ is the subscription membership that expands what you can do inside Premier. Course play is a separate subscription that requires a Foresight Silver or Gold membership and is handled separately through Foresight’s Course Pass options.

Yes. FSX 2020 and FSX Play will no longer be offered. Foresight Premier is replacing it. Customers who already own perpetual licenses for FSX 2020 or FSX Play can continue using those programs with compatible Foresight launch monitors.

Foresight Premier is the company’s newer software platform and the focus of its future software development, but existing FSX licenses remain usable. Premier requires an annual subscription for advanced features (Silver ($199/Yr) or Gold ($599/Yr). Course play requires a Silver or Gold subscription plus a Course Pass ($295/Yr) or Course Pass Pro ($599/Yr) membership.

Yes. Customers with eligible perpetual FSX licenses will be able to purchase FSX Putting Analysis and Club Add-On software to go with their existing software. These add-ons are not being removed simply because Foresight Premier and Foresight+ have launched.
If you already purchased FSX software, you can continue using it with your compatible Foresight launch monitor under your existing perpetual license.

No. Customers with eligible perpetual FSX licenses do not need to purchase a Foresight+ subscription simply to add compatible third-party simulation software such as GSPro.

Foresight+ is tied to features within the newer Foresight Premier ecosystem. Existing perpetual license holders can continue using compatible third-party software under the licensing and connectivity requirements that apply to their current Foresight setup.

Yes. Foresight LINK-Enabled Technology will continue to work after the launch of Foresight Premier. Customers with compatible LINK-Enabled devices can continue using those features as supported by their existing Foresight hardware and software setup.
The launch of Premier does not eliminate LINK functionality. As Foresight continues to develop its software ecosystem, some features may be integrated differently across FSX, Premier, and the Foresight app, but LINK-Enabled Technology itself remains supported.

Yes. To play full golf courses in Foresight Premier, you need both an active Foresight+ Silver or Gold membership and a Course Pass subscription.
Foresight+ unlocks the Premier software features and functionality, while the Course Pass provides access to the available golf course library. In other words, Foresight+ covers the software features, and Course Pass covers course play.

Yes, but only as a 30-day trial. Every new Foresight device includes a 30-day trial of Foresight+ and Course Pass, allowing customers to try the new Premier software, advanced Foresight+ features, and course play before choosing a paid plan.
After the trial ends, customers can choose the Silver ($199/Yr) or Gold ($599/Yr) Foresight+ membership that fits their needs and optionally add Course Pass ($295/Yr) or Course Pass Pro ($599/Yr) for continued golf course play in Foresight Premier. These memberships are billed annually.

Yes. Yes. Golf courses purchased for FSX 2020 and FSX Play with a perpetual license will continue to work with your existing compatible FSX software. Courses purchased through a subscription will not.
However, previously purchased FSX courses do not automatically transfer into Foresight Premier. Course access in Premier is handled separately through Foresight’s current Course Pass subscription options.
