APEX utilizes Machine Learning geospatial tools and Watson.AI technology from IBM to ensure the accuracy of each created golf course. The created content integrates with GPS Maps, opening up new possibilities for seamlessly integrating indoor and outdoor golf technology.

Additionally, APEX provides individualized game improvement plans, remote coaching powered by Launch Monitor data, high-definition content, and integrated AI, so you get a photo-realistic experience that will improve your game more efficiently and faster.

TruGolf APEX Features:

4K Courses: 1,500 as of March 2025 and 5,000 courses total by July.

Bag Mapping: This tool helps you identify dispersion patterns and average club distances for every club in your bag. Players must hit 3-10 shots with a minimum of 3 clubs. Then, review the Dispersion Groupings and Gapping Charts for shot accuracy. This helpful tool will give you the confidence to know what club to hit in any situation.

Scoring Zone: Create a custom Scoring Zone and place it anywhere on the practice range to evaluate your dispersion, distance, and total accuracy to improve your ball striking; select the size and location of your target and review your shot data, including Distance, Carry, Launch, Ball Speed, Back Spin, and Side Spin. Multiple views provide a better understanding of your shot-making.

Build Your Bag: Track your dispersion and average distance to make the most of the clubs in your bag. Review club analysis or enable Auto Caddie to help with club selection.

Club Fitting: Optimize your golf equipment by comparing ball and club data to achieve the perfect ball flight. Review gapping and accuracy, trajectory, shot groups, dispersion groupings, and compare sessions. A club-fitting video tutorial is also provided.

Skills Challenges: APEX comes with 46 Challenges that help you measure and improve your golf game in a fun and encouraging environment. Challenge categories include Putting, Short Game, Scrambling, and Approach, with multiple challenges per category.
